There were no changes made to the daily data set, however the monthly data set was amended. *** GDP and Current Account data are only published quarterly, the data had to be extrapolated to satisfy the monthly range in order to add additional observations to the already available variables. The primary variable is the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which is the value of all goods and services produced within the *** during the year.* Another macroeconomic indicator is the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is an indication of the weighted average of prices of a basket of consumer goods and services, such as transportation, food and medical care.* The Unemployment Rate is the percentage of the labour force that are out of work or are actively seeking employment. Data Configuration The data sets have to be sorted to the same timeline in the excel spreadsheet, as some of the indicators like *** and *** can be traded on different dates, meaning that adjustments have to be made.
